Townhall is Rise's community space. It exists to provide a supportive, non-shaming environment for wellness-related conversation — including progress, recipes, activity, encouragement, stories, and other community interaction that fits Rise's purpose.
These guidelines apply to all posts, comments, images, audio, and other content shared in Townhall and to your interactions with other Rise users.

Community posts are user-generated content. They reflect personal experiences and opinions, not professional medical advice.
Do not treat another user's post as medical advice, and do not encourage diagnosis, dangerous treatments, medication misuse, or other unsafe medical behaviour. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

Remember that information you voluntarily post to Townhall can be seen by other Rise users under your @username.
Pornographic, sexually exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate explicit content is not allowed.
Ordinary health and reproductive-health discussion is not automatically prohibited — it is welcome when shared respectfully and within these guidelines.
The following are not allowed:
Do not impersonate another person, healthcare professional, organization, or Rise staff. Represent yourself honestly.
Only post content you have the right to share. Respect the copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights of others. Rise may remove content reported as infringing.
If you believe a post, comment, or other content violates these guidelines, you can report it through the in-app report option.
Reporting does not guarantee automatic removal. Reports may be reviewed through Rise's moderation systems, which may include automated screening and human review.
You can block another Rise user from their post or profile. Once blocked, that user's posts and comments are hidden from your Townhall feed. Blocking helps you control your own experience without needing to rely on moderation.

Moderation decisions are based on these guidelines and the Terms of Service. We do not promise that every report will result in removal.
Repeated or serious violations of these guidelines may result in restricted community access or account action, up to and including account suspension under the Terms of Service.
