Account & Data Deletion

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

1. Initiating Account Deletion

You can delete your Rise account at any time from your Profile. Tapping Delete My Account begins the deletion process and asks you to confirm.

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your Rise account cannot be restored.

2. What Is Removed

When you delete your account, Rise removes the personal data and entries associated with your account across its features. This includes categories such as your profile details, meals and nutrition logs, activity and workout logs, water intake, sleep logs, mood and mental check-ins, menstrual cycle logs, fasting sessions, medications, bowel logs, body signals, health records, appointments, care tasks, meal plans and meal-prep batches, saved recipes and recipe ratings, progress photos, Rise Points and activity logs, and community content you created.

3. Community Content

Community posts and comments you created in Townhall are removed when your account is deleted. Reports you submitted may be retained for moderation and safety purposes as described below.

4. Information That May Remain

Certain records may remain after deletion where we have a legitimate need to keep them, including:

  • Administrative audit and access-override records kept for security and administration
  • Records retained to comply with legal obligations or to investigate abuse
  • Transaction or billing metadata retained for record-keeping where required

Rise does not claim that everything is instantly and permanently erased from every system.

5. Infrastructure Backups

Rise and its providers maintain infrastructure backups for reliability and disaster recovery. Deleted data may persist within backup copies until those backups expire according to their normal retention schedule, after which it is no longer recoverable.

6. Uploaded Files

References to files you uploaded (such as meal photos, images shared with Peachy, progress photos, and health-record documents) are removed from your account. The underlying files in app-managed or provider storage may persist even after their references are deleted, and may take time to be cleared by the storage system.

7. External Subscriptions

Deleting your Rise account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through an app store, subscription-management provider, or another external provider.

You must cancel external subscriptions through the applicable store or subscription settings to avoid future charges.

8. Manage Your Subscription

If you want to keep using Rise but adjust your billing, you can manage your subscription from your Profile under Payment & Plan, or through the applicable store's subscription settings.

For refund and cancellation details, see our Refunds & Cancellations policy. For account or access problems, contact Support.
